1. Overview

TrickDash (also styled "Trick Dash") is a social and dating application published by Bunk Labs, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. TrickDash is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. Bunk Labs, Inc. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind on the TrickDash platform. This document constitutes the published Child Safety Standards of TrickDash and Bunk Labs, Inc. as required by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and by applicable law. It explains how TrickDash prohibits, detects, prevents, reports, and responds to CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

2. Scope and Applicability

These Child Safety Standards apply to every user, every feature, and every piece of content on TrickDash, including profiles, photos, messages, group chats, Stall Wall posts, Flashes, events, and any other user-generated content. They apply equally to the Radar (Gallery) and Dark Room modes of the app. Violations are not eligible for warnings, cooldowns, or suspensions — they trigger immediate permanent termination of the offending account and reporting to law enforcement.

3. Age Requirement (18+ Only)

TrickDash is an 18+ platform. Users must self-attest that they are at least 18 years old at the time of account creation. In jurisdictions that require it (including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Louisiana, and Utah), users must additionally complete biometric age estimation or government-supported age verification before the account is activated. If at any time Bunk Labs, Inc. discovers, suspects, or is notified that a TrickDash user is under 18, the account is immediately suspended, all associated content (including photos and messages) is preserved for a lawful preservation period, and the account is permanently deleted.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Explicit Prohibition of CSAE)

Bunk Labs, Inc. expressly and unconditionally prohibits the following on TrickDash. The following conduct results in immediate account termination, evidence preservation, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to local law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any format, including photographs, illustrations, AI-generated imagery, text, audio, or video
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content depicting any person under 18 years of age
• Solicitation, grooming, enticement, or any attempt to engage with a minor for sexual purposes
• Sextortion or coercion of a minor
• Trafficking, sale, or commercial sexual exploitation of a minor
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material on or off the platform
• Any attempt to use TrickDash to identify, locate, communicate with, or meet a minor for sexual purposes
• Glorification, normalization, or advocacy of CSAE in any form

5. Detection and Prevention Measures

To prevent CSAE on the TrickDash platform, Bunk Labs, Inc. operates the following technical and operational controls:

• Mandatory 18+ self-attestation at account creation, with biometric age estimation in regulated jurisdictions
• Automated photo moderation using Sightengine to scan every uploaded image for CSAM, nudity involving minors, and other violative visual content before publication
• Automated text moderation using keyword and pattern detection on profile bios, messages, group posts, and Stall Wall posts to flag grooming language, solicitation of minors, and CSAE-related terms
• In-app reporting available on every profile, message, photo, group, event, Flash, and Stall Wall post (see Section 7)
• Human moderation review of all automatically flagged content and all user reports, with a child-safety severity tier that bypasses standard queues and triggers immediate action
• Graduated enforcement for routine violations, but immediate, non-appealable permanent ban for any CSAE-related violation
• Hash-based blocking of previously reported CSAM where applicable
• Account-level signals (device fingerprint, behavioral patterns) used to detect ban evasion by previously removed offenders

6. Method for Addressing CSAM

If Bunk Labs, Inc. becomes aware (whether through automated detection, user report, internal review, or external notification) of any CSAM or CSAE activity on the TrickDash platform, Bunk Labs, Inc. will:

• Immediately disable the offending account and remove the violative content from the platform
• Preserve all relevant evidence (account data, content, IP addresses, timestamps, device identifiers) in accordance with applicable preservation requirements
• File a report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including responses to lawful subpoenas, search warrants, and emergency disclosure requests
• Report to additional regional and national authorities (including, where applicable, the Internet Watch Foundation, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Australian eSafety Commissioner, and equivalent bodies) as required by applicable law
• Permanently ban all associated accounts and devices

7. In-App Reporting Mechanism

TrickDash provides an in-app reporting mechanism that is available to every user at all times. Users can report content, profiles, or behavior that may involve CSAE or any other child safety concern by:

• Tapping the report (🚩) button on any profile, message, photo, album, group, event, Flash, or Stall Wall post
• Selecting a report category, including a dedicated Child safety / minor category that bypasses standard moderation queues
• Submitting the report; reports involving minors are routed directly to the TrickDash Trust & Safety team and are reviewed on the highest priority

Reports may also be submitted out-of-band by emailing the child safety point of contact below. All child-safety reports — in-app or email — are treated as urgent.

8. Compliance With Applicable Child Safety Laws and Regulations

Bunk Labs, Inc. complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which TrickDash is offered, including but not limited to:

• United States: 18 U.S.C. §§ 2251, 2252, 2252A (sexual exploitation of children); 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (CyberTipline reporting obligations); 18 U.S.C. § 2422 (coercion and enticement); the PROTECT Act; FOSTA-SESTA (47 U.S.C. § 230(e)(5)); state-level age verification statutes (including Louisiana HB 142, Utah SB 287, Texas HB 1181)
• United Kingdom: Protection of Children Act 1978, Sexual Offences Act 2003, Online Safety Act 2023
• European Union: Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), GDPR Article 8, Directive 2011/93/EU on combating sexual abuse of children
• Canada: Criminal Code R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46 ss. 163.1, 172.1; Mandatory Reporting Act (S.C. 2011, c. 4)
• Australia: Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) Part 10.6 Division 474; Online Safety Act 2021
• Other jurisdictions: All other applicable national and regional laws prohibiting CSAE and requiring reporting of CSAM

TrickDash is geo-restricted in 19 jurisdictions where operating the service would create unacceptable safety or legal risk.

9. Child Safety Point of Contact

Bunk Labs, Inc. designates the following child safety-specific point of contact for all CSAE-related reports, regulator inquiries, and law enforcement requests concerning the TrickDash platform:

For urgent law enforcement requests, please mark the email subject line with [URGENT — LAW ENFORCEMENT] and include your agency, badge number, and contact information. We will respond as quickly as legally permitted, and we cooperate with emergency disclosure procedures where there is a credible threat of serious physical harm to a minor.

10. Updates to These Standards

Bunk Labs, Inc. reviews and updates these Child Safety Standards at least annually and whenever required by changes in applicable law or platform policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
